Moorlakes Wood, Gower

The newest site in our portfolio. Set in the heart of the Gower, Moorlakes Wood is currently underdevelopment but promises to deliver a unique Scouting experience in the near future.

On the site of an old WWII Air Base, the 40 acre site offers heavy woodland dotted with clearings suitable for camping. The buildings on the site have fallen into disrepair, however plans are in place to redevelop them so that they can be utilised.

Located on the Gower Peninsula which was designated the UK’s first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty back in 1956, it is just a short drive from Swansea.
